Ted Strickland also parroted the Occupy Wall Street nonsense

Sherrod Brown isn’t the only Ohio Democrat who loves the terrorist movement known as Occupy Wall Street. Ted Strickland does too.

In the video below, slide ahead to 2:15 where Strickland echoes the same garbage that fueled Occupy Cleveland members to attempt to murder innocent people by blowing up a bridge with C4 explosives.

And just last night, while the Occupy Cleveland members were being arrested? Ted Strickland was on cable news echoing the OWS dialogue about Mitt Romney being the 1%.

Enough of this victim mentality nonsense, Ted. Let me tell YOU something. I know you and Barack don’t like to hear this, but no “Wall Streeter” controls MY destiny. I’m not poor, and I’m not rich. I’m solidly in the middle class. I’m not poor because I CHOOSE not to be, and I work to make sure of that. I’ve worked since I was 14 years old. I worked hard in college, got a degree that allows me to earn a living. I paid for college by earning scholarships for my grades and by taking loans. I paid those loans back.

Now, I have BEEN poor in the past because of bad decisions. I’ve had my lights shut off. I’ve even had my car repossessed. Never once did I blame Wall Street, or the rich, or anyone but myself. I worked through it.

This constant liberal message of telling people that someone else is keeping them down, and that they can’t help themselves is what drives a mentality to destroy the lives of others instead of building a life for themselves. Barack Obama and Ted Strickland are driving America over a cliff into a bottomless pit of debt with their Occupy Wall Street campaign of blaming the rich.

Instead of encouraging people to solve their own problems, Strickland tells Ohioans to blame someone else at the first sign of trouble in their lives. You should be ashamed of yourself, Ted Strickland.
