Ted Strickland will be on the ballot in November 2010.

We’ve all heard the rumors. Some went so far as to blog about them.

I never did. I never saw the point.

But whether some Republicans like it or not, Ted Strickland will be John Kasich’s opponent on November 2nd, 2010.

Or at least according to the man himself today. [click here for video]

I, for one, am thrilled to hear it for two reasons:

  1. With the exception of very few, I wish ill on no one. I’m glad to hear the Governor feels he’s healthy enough for another run.
  2. I wouldn’t want any other person on the ballot.

The fact is this – there is not a more beatable Ohioan in the state than Ted Strickland.

  • It’s his wrecked budget.
  • It’s his job crisis.
  • It’s his education mess.
  • It’s his crooked Administration.

Now let’s focus on his record, not his health, and go whoop some butt.
