License To Fail: Fitzgerald And Grehan Speaking At Same Event

In a stunning display of poor optics, Ed Fitzgerald will be speaking at the same event as Joanne Grehan, the woman with whom he was found in a secluded Westlake parking lot at 4:30 am.

The County Executive is hosting the Opening Reception of the 2014 World Convention on Mayo Societies on September 25th. The following morning he is presenting at 9am. Joanne Grehan is on a business panel later that afternoon.

The Ohio Democratic Party’s ticket has become a joke thanks to Ed Fitzgerald deciding to run for governor during what appears to be a rather bizarre midlife crisis. And shortly before absentee ballots begin to be mailed out, he is putting his poor decisions back on stage for voters to see.

Fitzgerald’s actions demonstrate that he does not believe the rules apply to him. Apparently neither does common sense as this is a rather brazen move so close to the election.
