Paula Brooks can’t vote for herself.

As I’ve posted before, the Great Dem Hope in Ohio’s 12th congressional district, Paula Brooks, lives outside the district she wants to represent.

Well, I just received this e-mail from a reader:

Paula was spotted voting absentee at the Franklin County Board of Elections this morning… pulling that lever for [12th District candidate] Mary Jo!
