Last night Dave Wasserman of the Cook Political Report tweeted that Ohio 12th Congressional District candidate Paula Brooks will report raising $230,000 at the end of the 4th quarter.
After the 3rd quarter, Brooks reported having only $153,000 cash-on-hand.
So, giving Brooks the benefit of the doubt, which is what each of her contributors are doing in assuming she’ll actually eventually move into the 12th congressional district, she should have about $330,000 COH at the end of the year.
And her opponent, Congressman Tiberi? He outraised her by 93% and ends the year with $1.21 million COH.
If you can’t find a white flag, Paula, just use the hotel towel you use when you stay overnight in the 12th district.
