Hi, what are you looking for?

Third Base Politics

Stay classy, Dems.

When Barack Obama won the nomination to run for President, John McCain showed the class to run a positive advertisement to congratulate him and welcome him to the race.

Apparently the Ohio Democratic Party decided against letting Kasich have his day.

At a press conference hours before Kasich’s expected kick off, Ohio Democratic Party Chairman Chris Redfern introduced a Web video illustrating Kasich’s work at former New York investment firm Lehman Brothers.

“In the race for governor, Ohioans have a choice between someone who was managing director at a Wall Street firm whose collapse led to our economic crisis and someone who has worked to turn our economy around, create jobs and invest in our future,” Redfern said in a statement.

If you read this blog, I imagine you know a bit about John Kasich. You know his role at Lehman Brothers. And you have a brain in your head.

That’s why you know blaming John Kasich for the financial crisis is like blaming an auto dealer in Zanesville for the collapse of the auto industry.

If the Dems want to get nasty, I’m sure Kasich is ready and willing.

You asked for it.
