A post on the Dispatch’s Daily Briefing gave me a bit of a laugh this morning.
Because of recent resignations or ousters, Gov. Ted Strickland is in the process of replacing his Medicaid director, the head of the Ohio School Facilities Commission and the state Lottery director.
But Strickland said yesterday he considers that part of the normal ebb and flow of an administration.
“I don’t think it signals anything, necessarily,” the governor said.
Noooo, of course not.
Sorry, Gov. Booting Shoemaker, et. al, because they disagree with you can’t and won’t be ignored with a mere wave of your hand. This will be an issue in the 2010 campaign. Count on it.
