We have a winner in the inaugural 3BP caption contest.
As you’ll recall, yesterday we had a contest for best caption for this picture featured in the Plain Dealer:
We had 27 entries. Not bad at all.
2nd runner-up came from Kyle: “This is what Pari Sabety and I were smoking when we made up the last budget.”
1st runner-up comes from Jesse: “Hey Colin, let me show you how to blow a smoke ring. I learned it from some of those nice people who clean my mansion.”
And the winner? Mark from Cleveland: “Unemployment in Ohio? Yeah, it bothers me… about this much.”
