Ohio Democratic Chairman Chris Redfern wants to return to the Ohio House.
The former lawmaker from Catawba Island is expected to file to run in the district currently occupied by Rep. Dennis Murray, D-Sandusky, who said today he is not going to seek re-election in order to focus on his law practice.
Redfern, part of the idiot chorus trying to blame the Gabby Giffords shooting on irresponsible conservative rhetoric, is best known for calling opponents of Obamacare “tea party f*ckers” during a tirade at a 2010 union event.
What sort of man calls his fellow citizens “f*ckers” because they disagree with his push for limitless government? What does it say about the Ohio Democratic Party that they’ve stuck with this creep even after the party’s candidates were beaten like rented mules in 2010?
Here’s Minority Leader Armond Budish on the prospect of Redfern returning to the Ohio House:
But getting somebody back with the depth and breadth of knowledge and experience Chris Redfern has will be a benefit. He’s a strong spokesman for the middle class.
Budish and Redfern share Sherrod Brown and Barack Obama’s definition of “middle class,” which has nothing to do with income or achievement. Agree that your neighbors should pay for your nest under the government’s wing, and you’re a “middle class” victim of The Rich. Support limited government and personal freedom, and you’re a f*cker.
Something for the voters in Erie and Ottawa counties to think about.
